RG-P160

 


Thermoseal RG-P160 is a blended fiber and polychloroprene rubber gasket material with mineral fillers. A factory applied release coating on both sides aid in flange removal. Continuous roll lengths allow efficient and economical fabrication with high speed die cutting equipment. RG-P160 provides excellent sealing of oils, alcohols, and refrigerants in applications as varied as hermetic compressors and heavy duty diesel engines. It is also well suited for general automotive sealing applications such as water pump, front cover and similar applications with demand for low flange pressure sealability and torque retentiion. Suitable for applications with intermittent operating temperatures up to 400° F (204° C).
